SUPER UNIT WITH SINGLE PUMPS

This single pump version was developed as a super unit with a wide range of high functionality

  • Energy savings of 50% (at a constant pressure of 70 bar) in the case of SUT03S30L07 *1       
    • Energy saving over the entire range is possible thanks to the inverter control which reduces the speed of the pump while maintaining the pressure level.
    • Thanks to the high-performance IPM motor, energy savings can be achieved in all production areas with high duty cycles.
  • 4 or 16 pressure value settings - flow rate control
    • Proportional valves and pressure proportional valves, as previously used in many systems, are no longer necessary.
    • The pressure and flow rate can be set via the control panel.
    • Thanks to the external input signals, the set pressure and flow rate can be switched.
    • The flow rate and pressure control switch independently on the Super Unit.
  • Anti-choke switching of the flow rate and pressure
    • Thanks to the set acceleration and deceleration time, the choke for the flow rate switchover time and the choke for the pressure switchover time can be relieved.
  • Low noise level (60dB) (A) (at constant pressure of 70 bar) in the case of SUT03S30L07 *2
    • Transfer functionProcessing data can be collected and managed via the pressure and flow rate monitor.
    • Even if the number of presets required for pressure and flow rate exceeds the 16 existing presets, it is still possible to create the pressure and flow rate values required for each product type, which can be set in series, without maintaining the number of presets for many product types in small quantities.

SUPER UNIT WITH DOUBLE PUMPS

Energy saving and low noise level through the use of a double pump

  • Designed as a double pump by combining a large and small-volume fixed displacement pump and changeover valve.
  • Depending on the load conditions, the different displacement volumes are switched on together or separately.
  • A significant energy saving is achieved over a constant pressure range due to the switching strategy of the different displacement volumes.(In the example, energy savings of 50 % at a constant operating pressure of 206 bar).
  • Low noise level of 60 dB (A) (206 bar operating pressure). The noise level is reduced by switching two different pump sizes.
